Comparative analysis of catheter-directed thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy in iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis: clinical evidence and perspectives – a narrative review

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma análise comparativa entre a trombólise dirigida por cateter (TDC) e a trombectomia mecânica (TM) no tratamento da trombose venosa profunda (TVP) iliofemoral. Foram revisados artigos dos últimos cinco anos para avaliar a eficácia, vantagens, desvantagens e segurança de cada método. Os dados mostram que ambas as técnicas têm sucesso significativo na remoção de trombos, mas diferem em complicações e tempo de recuperação.
